Cycle 1 Round 5 -- Judges' Critiques

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =

CeEJhAy_10

2. Evian_Yohann: You totally embraced the Ifugao tribesmen spirit. I saw rough action, effort, and evidently a model. You have the most brilliant background, realistic attire, and most of all every details and / or elements of your photo complimented each other.

3. Juls2: Out of all the entries you embodied the WOW Philippines theme from head to toe. My only criticism is that I do not see anything unique because you stayed 100% true to the theme and did not experiment. I want you to give it more twist and spunk.

4. lenin: Thinking about the theme this week I would say that you hit it right. The Ifugaos of Banaue will be proud. As proud of the warrior roots they have. The background seems to lend more strength to your overall look, almost like framing your fierce stature. Very well shot and well thought. The effort was there. Probably the best pic of the bunch.

5. nonsense: [no critique -- strike 2 -- eliminated as judge]

6. rotogold: There is much roughness in your photo that you have outstandingly portrayed. The naturalness in your photo has convinced me indeed that the rawness will surmount the challenge of an edited photo. The effort you took in shooting this one has complimented you well despite the very bright background. In fact it has brought out the best in you in your depiction of one coming from the mountain tribe. I can feel the strength in your legs; I can feel the weary and tired body that represents the real "triber", so to say. Again, you will have my vote.

7. SayNO: [no critique -- strike 2 -- eliminated as judge]

8. toyan: well ur shot is not bad.. but i really have to rank u guys.... the hardest part of judging is when all the good ones are the ones who are left... your outfit is good... your pose is good ur projetion is not that good.. i need more coz i cant feel you yet. THE X FACTOR is semi present... u can do better....

9. yoh_asakura: The Ifugao Hottie! WOW! Everything is perfect! Magnificent! You are truly an Ifugao guy in your photo. The bahag, arm bands, necklace and head dress are evidently from an Ifugao tribe. Well, I was a cultural dancer that is why I can tell. Your modeling factors are still on its best, you maximized the right use of your body to create the fierceness in your projection. You just again displayed your strong facial expression showing bravery, strength and a sense of pride which perfectly embody traits of a true blooded Filipino. You may have my vote.

11. ZephyrInTheS: I like the strong pose and the facial expression. There's definitely a very ethnic vibe to your photo. I love the extensions of your legs and arms, though maybe your left arm could've been placed a little bit more to your left to emphasize the stance a bit more.

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =

claydoh

2. Evian_Yohann: I love the outfit actually though im 100% sure that the outfit is for women elderly in Ifugao tribe. There's no action but its ok...I commend you for the effort.

3. Juls2: The costume did not work for me but you carried it well and used just the right background to make it work. I thought last week was your best yet but you proved me wrong. This is fierce and your progression is phenomenal.

4. lenin: There must be a reason why you chose to pose amidst ths setting. It kinda took away some plus factor from y our otherwise nicely done costume. Other than that, I would say that much effort was behind this photoshoot. The costume was kinda exotic evoking that Mardigra feel yet staying true to the theme which is showcasing the numerous culture of this country. YOu did blend it well in your costume but you should have played more with the lighting so it can capture more of the intensity of the demeanor youre trying to project.

5. nonsense: [no critique -- strike 2 -- eliminated as judge]

6. rotogold: This is something misplaced. I don't know but the scenery isn't just right. Being covered by tall grass has lessened the impact of your portrayal. I like the way you project but overall, you are lacking in the intensity portrayed by your co-competitor. Silly as I may sound, but you could have done a Muslim entrée and you will just come out naturally. But for a macho portrayal, you will pale in comparison against your peer.

7. SayNO: [no critique -- strike 2 -- eliminated as judge]

8. toyan: well.. what can i say... claydoh's shot is good... with his outfit .. he looks like the witchdoctor of the tribe.... ang nice location for the pictorial! looks like a real jungle.

9. yoh_asakura: The Babaylan Incubus. You look liked a warlock from a tribe in Amazon River. Moreover, it seems to be a mismatch and an overdone as well. The plants are very disturbing; these should serve as your background and or foreground. You or your photographer should understand what Three-Dimensional means. Also, you looked like uncomfortable with pose.

11. ZephyrInTheS: You've been consistently good these past few rounds, and this week is no exception. I love the body angles, I like the intense look in your eyes, and overall you did a good job. I wish your face was a little bit more toward the light though.

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =

crazycrepe

1. Ellis: Malinis ang pagkakagawa. Magandang postura ngunit masyadong bulgar.

2. Evian_Yohann: uhmm...the mask is totatlly not indigent from the Philippines and any grassroots community would think so too. But your photo, would be in every high fashion magazine thats for sure.

3. Juls2: This could have been a WOW picture if you worked your eye expression. Everything is working for you like the make-up, lighting, and even the costume (though it looks like a Mardigras outfit) but you as the subject faded in comparison. Find the inner model in you.

4. lenin: Way too contrive for my taste. The costume is duh? Its like you just grabbed anything in sight and draped it over your body and head and voila. You could have put more effort at least. Remember, you are working with a white background that just results to the attention centered mostly on you, but you did not took advantage of this.

5. nonsense: [no critique -- strike 2 -- eliminated as judge]

6. rotogold: There is always an end to a hope that I have been expecting from you. You looked lame in your photo. The good news is that I like the cleanness of overall depiction. The bad news is that I am expecting more from you. I don't know if you want to attend a Halloween party of sort but you are very very "smooth". Your rendition of a native warrior must look rough. Who would ever believe that you are a fiery soldier of the tribe, not unless you are the prince in this photo? You have lost your drive and your belief in yourself that you can make it thru the very end. Your eyes are showing it.

7. SayNO: [no critique -- strike 2 -- eliminated as judge]

8. toyan: the shot is highly photogenic.. the facial expression is very fierce.... the pose id perfect... the outfeet is both ethnic and fashionably fabulous... the background is great.... ! way to go crazycrepe!

9. yoh_asakura: The Rio de Janeiro Dancer. Not too Filipino in costume, except for the accessory at your nape. And it's very evident in your eyes that you lost enthusiasm for the competition.

11. ZephyrInTheS: I love this photo. You have a lazy facial expression, but I think it totally works for the look you're going for -- ethnic but high-fashion. The body angle is unusual for the theme, but again it works cuz it's like you're saying that ethnic can also be mainstream. Great job.

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =

john ralph

2. Evian_Yohann: wenk again. There is no attire! I'm looking for a hiogh fashion attire because thats the theme is all about. You have the weakest picture and sadly you lost the basic rule of modelling...effectivity. Obtw, you lost your neck.

3. Juls2: I am disappointed with your performance in this crucial stage of the competition. You are not progressing but rather fading as compared to the earlier stages. This picture looks like a H.S. project wherein students where asked to cut and paste Machete w/ a spear and scatter confetti beside him. Your camera angle did not capture your fierceness. Relive your entry performances.

4. lenin: What happened to you? You were one of the strongest here. Week after week of awesomeness and this? Its like Mr Caveman meets confetti. But kudos though for a finely detailed line in the angles of your body. IN this you are consistent, but overall? Sorry.

5. nonsense: [no critique -- strike 2 -- eliminated as judge]

6. rotogold: For the very first time, I find your photo weak. There is no question about the artistry in your portrayal. But I think you have overdone your interpretation of the theme. Subject matter wise, meaning you – I see no intensity. You got lost in the myriad objects surrounding you and it just overwhelmed the John Ralph that is supposed to be the center of attraction of the photo. But in fairness, you have the most natural depiction of what a warrior should look like. And for that I find your entry safe.

7. SayNO: [no critique -- strike 2 -- eliminated as judge]

8. toyan: I realized the color that u picked.. are u a thomasian? haha kidding.. well nice top view shot! and ur outfit is really nice.. very tribal.. i like the concept... u know what? i didnt realized that it was u at the first glance... u look different.. but yeah the shot is great!

9. yoh_asakura: The Neanderthal Man. You dressed just to look tribal but not Filipino. Your entry is again edited too much to imperfection. Thanks for the effort.

11. ZephyrInTheS: This is not my favorite pic of yours. In fact I think it's your weakest. I'm not too thrilled with the camera angle, because it makes you look so small. Your body angle is active, but your facial expression is a bit bland. The only thing that will save you this week, in my opinion, is your past photos.

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =

warlocke

1. Ellis: Akala ko nung una si "Joker". Hehehe!

2. Evian_Yohann: uhmmm...wenk. what happened, iam so disappointed. everything is wrong, the background is off, looks grecian to me. the outfit look costumy, there are so many colors you looked like a living rainbow.... Your only saving grace in this pic however is your facial expression.

3. Juls2: I do not see passion in your execution even though you register well in pictures. I need more attitudes screaming in your pictures.

4. lenin: I like the facial expression. Fierce and defined. But thats just about it.

5. nonsense: [no critique -- strike 2 -- eliminated as judge]

6. rotogold: You are becoming stronger round by round. The fiesta attitude is all over you. A little weakness is that you could have done sana a Mona Lisa of sort. You are now starting to communicate with us and you are asking to vote for "me". And indeed I find that very very enticing. Great work!

7. SayNO: [no critique -- strike 2 -- eliminated as judge]

8. toyan: well ur pic is good .... its just that all pics in dis round are good... being in the 4th place... bcoz i dont like the background for ur location... BUT i can guarantee u .. that u r the hottest in dis round.. u look very manly with ur shot... take note that when a guy looked manly with a girly outfit... it only means that he is effective.. well u look manly withyour rainbow bright outfit.. hihihihi well goin back.. u actually looked like an ethnic super hero..

9. yoh_asakura: The Maskara Puppeteer. I will commend you for such creativity. But stick to the theme, WOW PHILIPPINES 'ONLY' not Wow Philippines in Europe. You exerted great effort to produce an alternative depiction of promoting the country. I noticed that you have been also edited too much to imperfection, the choice of background is wrong; the setting was not in the Philippines. It's because of the Architecture. The picture may have colorful buntings but the houses aren't of Filipino origin. Also, you have put a little smile in your face because the colors are contrary to your expression

11. ZephyrInTheS: You really are getting better and better each week. I like the body angle. Your facial expression could've been a bit more intense though. It's simple but it works.

The mechanics:

1. Every week, the contestants will submit a photo of themselves based on the weekly theme. The deadline for the pic to be e-mailed to the contest coordinator is Saturday night, 9:00 PM. No pic merits automatic elimination. The e-mail address is g4m.lms@gmail.com. The theme for the following week will also be announced on Saturday.

2. The judges' comments on the submitted photos will be posted in the blog and in the thread. Votes, however, will be submitted to the contest coordinator through either private messaging or e-mail. The judges will choose who they want to be the Model of the Week, as well as who they want to eliminate.

The judges must submit a 1st choice and a 2nd choice. Results will be primarily based on the 1st choice. The 2nd choice will only be used if a tie-breaker is needed. In cases of a tie, the 1st choice will count for 2 points and the 2nd choice will count for 1 point, and the contestant with the most points will either be the Model of the Week or the eliminated contestant, as appropriate.

The deadline for voting is Sunday night, 9:00 PM. We're implementing a 2-strikes-you're-out rule. If you do not submit either your critique or your vote for any 2 of the rounds, you will be eliminated as a judge.

3. The contest coordinator will announce the Model of the Week as well as who is eliminated in a new thread, latest Sunday night 10:00 PM. A new thread will also be created for the new round.

Additional rules/notes:

For contestants -- You can post as many pics as you want in the thread, but you need to choose only 1 pic as your official pic for that week. You can ask the audience to help you decide on which pic you will submit as your official entry if you're having difficulty deciding. Please make sure that you don't put any text on your photo.

For judges -- Minimize criticizing a contestants looks. All we're looking at is the quality of the photo (poses, angles, adherance to the theme, artistic and editorial value, etc.). For this competition, you will need to submit a critique (1 paragraph minimum) for each of the remaining contestants every week. We will impose a 2-strikes-you're-out rule starting from Round 1. At the end of the round, please e-mail your comments to the contest coordinator so they can be posted all at the same time for the contestants to see.

CYCLE 1 ROUND 5 THEME: WOW PHILIPPINES

Fashion has long looked towards ethnic attire for its inspiration. This week your challenge is to portray a high-fashion look using traditional ethnic Filipino attire.

Pics will be posted here: http://www.g4m-lms.tk
or http://www.g4m-lms.blogspot.com

Good luck to all the contestants! G4M's Last Model Standing Cycle 1 Round 5 starts NOW!

Cycle 1 Round 4 -- Results

This is the official announcement of results for G4M's Last Model Standing Cycle 1's Round 4.

* * * *

Hi contestants! Welcome to the 4th elimination night of G4M's Last Model Standing, Cycle 1.

This week your challenge was to submit a photo of yourself that best represented our theme for Round 4: "Prey of the Paparazzi". Models need to good not just during photoshoots but in their everyday lives as well, and we wanted to see how consistent you were in delivery great photos no matter what the occasion.

This week continued the improvement we saw in last week's photoshoot. With the photos submitted this week, it was apparent that we chose the correct Top 6. Choosing who to eliminate was no longer a matter of who submitted the worst photo, but a matter of who submitted a good photo that wasn't as good as the others.

* * * *

In my hand I hold 5 pictures, and these pictures represent the 5 men who will be continuing on the journey towards becoming G4M's Next Top Model.

1 of you will be eliminated...

I will call only 5 names. The first name I will call is the winner of this round -- our Model of the Week.

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =

claydoh

You are G4M's Last Model Standing Cycle 1 Round 4's Model of the Week!

This is your 2nd week as Model of the Week. The judges loved how well you were able to portray a glamorous celebrity who was ticked off by the paparazzi. You worked your facial expression, and you worked the clothes you were in.

Congratulations. You are still in the running towards becoming G4M's Last Model Standing.

* * * *

4 more names...

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =

warlocke

Finally, you began to show the expressiveness we've been looking for in your photos. The judges responded to the intensity of your eyes. Also, this time you didn't get lost in the concept of your photo.

Congratulations. You are still in the running towards becoming G4M's Last Model Standing.

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =

CeEJhAy_10

The judges liked the intensity in the expression of your eyes. You worked your arm and leg extensions, and you came up with a good photo.

Congratulations. You are still in the running towards becoming G4M's Last Model Standing.

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =

john ralph

The judges thought this was an OK photo, but definitely not your best. You put in a lot of effort into the photo, but you didn't stand out when compared to the other photos. You need to get back into your groove.

Congratulations. You are still in the running towards becoming G4M's Last Model Standing.

* * * *

And that means...

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =

crazycrepe and Aked, you're both in the bottom 2.

crazycrepe -- The judges thought you had an OK photo, but were disappointed that once again you failed to stand out among the models. You showed a lot of potential at the beginning of this competition, and we're starting to wonder if this potential is slipping away.

Aked -- During any other week, this would have been a good photo, but in a week when the other photos were great, this failed to impress. The judges again didn't see any intensity in your expression, and they're wondering if it might be too late for you to begin to show this.

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =

I have 2 men before me... 2 talented men who have so much potential. But I will only call 1 name. The model I do not call must immediately return to his house, pack his things, and leave the competition...

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =

crazycrepe

The judges still think that you have a lot to offer this competition, and that you can do better. Don't prove them wrong.

Congratulations. You are still in the running towards becoming G4M's Last Model Standing.

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =

Aked, that means you've been eliminated.

We hope that you've learned from this experience, and we wish you luck in your future career. Thank you for joining G4M's Last Model Standing, Cycle 1.

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =

And so the competition goes on. Cycle 1 Round 5 officially starts now. This round the theme is "Wow Philippines". Please see the new thread "G4Ms LastModelStanding C1 Round 5" for details.

Cycle 1 Round 4 -- Judges' Critiques

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =

Aked

1. Boytoy11:

2. carlosantino:

4. Evian_Yohann: Your photo is beautiful, it is warm, peaceful and all that stuff. You showed skill, talent and everything but didn’t quite impress me. Paparazzi will surely fall asleep…and they will leave you too. (well, to get out of the miserable paparazzi obsession is always been a good thing though).

5. Juls2: Same Concept w/ CJ My question to both is if you understood this week's concept? I am disturbed in how you interpreted the concept. This is not a week for exercising in the park. Rating: Poor execution.

6. lenin: Well. You certainly was trying to hide frome the paparazzi while doing your early morning exercise? Contrived though. Its so very obvious. You weren't actually trying to hide yourself, but perhaps trying to show some new yoga techniques?

7. nonsense:

8. rotogold: You looked so relaxed and natural in your setting. I do not know if this is true to the theme, and what you were trying to do when this photo was taken and it seems it might work. You may have exerted a very contrived pose but I liked the way you played with your eyes. You are safe with this.

9. SayNO: i can see that you guys both asked the help of the same photographer who sure doesnt know bout framing nor focusing the models face. not at all entertained that your photos look alike..all i see is green green green.i dont think you undestood the "paparazzi/celebrity shot" both are good as voyeur fetish photos.am sorry. i have to be blunt but you guys really have to think out of the box. your photographer weas way good at making the plant covering you head look interesting.

10. toyan: the theme is not about fitness...paparazzi shots arestolen... but it looks like uve posed too much for this one... ur photo looks like an advertisement for gatorade.. for me .. its not good..

11. yoh_asakura: the pilates instructor. Great effort for the pose! Elastic! You look like a hottie instructor being observed inside your garden wherein you're at the comforts of your residence. Paparazzi shots are not just taken on the streets! There are also celebrity stolen shots taken from their vacation especially sometimes on the beach or even at their homes where their secrets can be revealed through photos. You really stretched your self to the limits to have a new idea about the concept! But theres just a little problem with your facial reaction, you should look good even at your worse , be aware that somebody's might looking at you.

Wala akong makitang high-fashion. Wala rin akong makitang "modelo".

13. ZephyrInTheS: I like the body angle. I think your facial expression needs more work again though. Even though yoga is supposed to center you and make you less tense, you could still have upped the intensity. This is a good photo though. Not sure though if it's good enough to beat the competition.

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =

CeEJhAy_10

1. Boytoy11:

2. carlosantino:

4. Evian_Yohann: Uhmm… your photo is a pazzi shot definitely. Out of the entire bunch, this is the most simple yet photographic wise, lovable. But then, I think if Tyra or Karolina could react at this photo, they will proly say, “The paparazzi will go away for good.”

5. Juls2: Same Concept w/ AKED My question to both is if you understood this week's concept? I am disturbed in how you interpreted the concept. This is not a week for playing in the park. Rating: Poor understanding of the concept but better execution than Aked.

6. lenin: I like it. Not exactly hiding but you put out that show of not being aware and the expression is quite beautiful. You were caught in your unguarded moment. Nice.

7. nonsense:

8. rotogold: Round by round you are constantly revealing yourself in such a way that you are telling us that you are in for the big haul. You may have been caught skateboarding topless, and I will ignore that on purpose because I find it "macho". You have been always daring and I find it very consistent in all your previous submissions. Now,I have to say now, this is outstanding. You have my vote.

10. toyan: another pic that is out of the concept... the round is prey of paparazzi.. not tony hawk look alike... u better stick to the concept... ur last wk's photo was great.... this one is .. not good...

11. yoh_asakura: the extreme games champ. Unbelievable shot u have! You really look and feel like a pro!You evidently took risk for the pose, i really like it, the breathtaking scene being caught by the camera! The fusion of drama and action in your face and body synergized for great impact!

13. ZephyrInTheS: At first I wasn't really digging the whole bunched up body pose, but I began to like it as soon as I noticed how good your arm and leg extensions look. I like the intensity in your eyes too. It's very powerful, and I think based on your past photos your look is definitely one of your strong points.

1. Boytoy11:

2. carlosantino:

3. Ellis: Fabulosa. News Weekend" o kaya "The Insider"

4. Evian_Yohann: This photo is beyond glamorous. This photo is almost perfect if you could just relax your ring as well as your index finger. My first glimpse, I was elatedly blown away and then 2 seconds after, I became bothered by you know what. Try to be a bearable fag, unless you want to be the next Danny Noriega (victim of TMZ).

5. Juls2: Fab! You look like a star in this picture. I love the expression on your face showing that you are disgusted by the paparazzi and yet your pose is elegant. Rating: Your best this competition.

6. lenin: Perhaps the most glamorous of the bunch. The expression is intense and there's that "duh stay away from my face" yet "look at me Im so fab than all of you". Very well shot and certainly showing off your fashion style. I like the lil bohemian throw with the shawl there and the glamour look with the tote bag. Winner.

7. nonsense:

8. rotogold: This is really a paparazzi pose! And you have shown how peeved you are when they had 'taken" your photos. I must say that this is really fabulous. But taken within the context of the others, I will say that this is just safe.

9. SayNO: kudos for making it look like an actual paparazzi photo.am not sure if it's model enough though. i have to give you credit for lookin tall here though.

10. toyan: its fantabulous!!! whoa!!! i love that victoria beckham appeal in u!! bravo bravo!!!! definitely my #1 for this wk..

11. yoh_asakura: the fashion designer. At first glimpse, it really seems like a celebrity escaping the press, the gestures and projection are almost perfect but too see it more closely, the camera caught a lady trapped inside a man's body. You should embody a masculine type of presence. I just don't like the hands and fingers flying. Be more cautious with your accessories. The concept you used is so common! In fairness, the facial features are very much powerful!

13. ZephyrInTheS: Love it! You're right up there with Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan. Hehe. You've got fabulous and fierce eyes, and I love the pouty lip. Good body angle too. It's a great photo.

1. Boytoy11:

2. carlosantino:

4. Evian_Yohann: Your photo is kinda ok, clichĂ© actually. You consistently passed predictable concepts. And for this round, I’ve had enough. Be kind to paparazzi, they will haunt you down until your career succumbed. Like celebrities says, they’re just a fan, give them a smile. Unreservedly, TMZ will make this a headline

5. Juls2: Crazycrepe what happened? This is another mediocre performance like the Laborer and Virgin Suicide photoshoot. I do not see a model but just an ordinary person being mobbed by a paparazzi who I think is just a mistaken identity. Rating. You need yo step up your game.

6. lenin: Your face shows annoyance at being photograpped, but your body language says otherwise. Looks too contrived saved by that annoyed look in your face.

7. nonsense:

8. rotogold: I really like you. I really love your previous entries. But what happened here? I do not know if there is something missing or you have lost the drive to continue. Honestly, the photo is "dry". Where is the heat in you? Maybe, I am missing your sex appeal?

9. SayNO: weak.weak.weak. i have said you have potential. but it sure is fading now.

10. toyan: u cudve done better... this is not ur best... u sticked to the concept... that's a check... but.. wers d star appeal?? ur being chased by paparazzoos..

11. yoh_asakura: the rnb prince.Photo is not that clear. There should have been more luminescences present in your entry especially if your portraying to be a star thus having a lot of photographers hunting you. Projections and choice of clothes were also too common.

13. ZephyrInTheS: This is a relatively simple photo, but I like it. I love the anger you're showing in your face, which is somewhat balanced by the relatively relaxed angle of your body. It's like you're pissed off but too tired to do anything about. The photo is great.

john ralph

1. Boytoy11:

2. carlosantino:

3. Ellis: Gusto kong bilhin yung damit! Magaling!

4. Evian_Yohann: This photo for me is actually not a pazzi photo. It looked like a shot at a prestigious awards night or premiere. If that’s what it is, then it is an ordinary photo took by someone who could be a fashion, magazine / tabloid, even a pro photographer. You overworked. This will not be on TMZ.

5. Juls2: John Ralph again you stepped up your game because last week I was not a fan. This is well conceptualized but I always see that you are more concious of making the clothes you wear stand out. You are the one being judged so think first of yourself and then the clothes you are wearing. Rating: Better than last week.

6. lenin: Theres no doubt you can model clothes. But this pic here is a disappointment as compared to your previous ones. The face just ruined it for you… its like.. "Yo! Look at me" thus, ruined the moment.

7. nonsense:

8. rotogold: What can I say? Very fabulous indeed! I almost did not recognize you. Am I really looking at the fierce John Ralph? The photo showed moderation. You must have been listening to the previous comments. But I find it 'just safe' because I cannot sense any "strong" emotions. You are enjoying the attention the paparazzi really desire.

9. SayNO: too posed. too robotic it doesnt have the spontanaeity i was looking for. you are starting to look stiff. do better next week. you are better than the uban cowboy that i see in your photo.

10. toyan: GOOD!!! ur pic is lovely... i love it...

11. yoh_asakura: the 80's sensation. The effort and quality is obvious but in some point, your entry looked overdone. The photo implies to me that your trying to escape the media so that your pretty painted face wont be publicized. It is also noticeable that your pose is too-scripted.

13. ZephyrInTheS: This is an OK photo, but definitely not my favorite of yours. You're working the clothes as usual, but I wish you had a bit more fierceness in your eyes. I'm missing the intensity that was there in your past photos.

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =

warlocke

1. Boytoy11:

2. carlosantino:

3. Ellis: Ikaw ba yan? Ibang-iba ang hitsura mo rito. Unti-unting gumaganda ang iyong mga larawan. Maganda ang mga mata mo rito.

4. Evian_Yohann: the best one out of the bunch! And, what’s amazing is that it is one of the finest photos of the competition. You look natural and effectual, handsome and manly. Beyond doubt, this is your saving grace…welcome to the competition. “Simple yet innately lip-smacking” TMZ will love you. Obtw, I remember David Cook in your photo.

5. Juls2: Again I did not recognize you in this picture which is a good thing but you faded compared to John Ralph's execution. The camera on the side is not even ready to take shots of you. It looks like you just passed by in a coffee shop and the real prey is inside. Rating: Common.

6. lenin: Nice photo. But the mustache looks a bit off. But other than that, this shot is great. The eyes are just fierce and warn of something nasty if ever those pazzis gets any closer. Right on!

7. nonsense:

8. rotogold: Now, you are showing some stuff. I liked the irritation, the challenging stare. I got distracted by the camera in front, there was really no need for that, but then, that is just a minor distraction. Rugged, and this time, Warlocke has disappeared. In his place came a very irritated "star". Congratulations.

9. SayNO: i love how the concept was thought off. but this isn't a really flattering angle of you. a model friend once said, at all times never ever waste an inch or film or space in a photographers memory card. if this was the best out of your photos, i really wouldnt wanna see ther rest

10. toyan: FINALLY!! ur learnin!! i love ur pic in dis round... hot... and.. yeah the concept is der.... good job!!! ur expression is just ryt for dis round...

11. yoh_asakura: the caffeine slave. There is a relaxed dynamics! That what i can figure out from your entry. This is one of your clear shots showing the features you should be proud of. The only word which makes your story boring is the lack of action. You may have my vote!

13. ZephyrInTheS: This is your best photo so far. I could hardly recognize you. Your body angle is relatively laid back, but what I loved about the photo is the intensity in your eyes, which is something that was missing in your past photos. You improved a lot in this round.

CYCLE 1 ROUND 4 THEME: PREY OF THE PAPARAZZI

A model needs to look fabulous not just during his photoshoots, but in everyday life as well. Your challenge this week is to come up with a photo as if it was taken by the paparazzi, and you still have to look high-fashion in the photo.

Pics will be posted here: http://www.g4m-lms.tk
or http://www.g4m-lms.blogspot.com

Good luck to all the contestants! G4M's Last Model Standing Cycle 1 Round 4 starts NOW!

Cycle 1 Round 3 -- Results

This is the official announcement of results for G4M's Last Model Standing Cycle 1's Round 3.

* * * *

Hi contestants! Welcome to the 3rd elimination night of G4M's Last Model Standing, Cycle 1.

Sadly, theTruCallin was unable to submit a photo before this week's deadline, and has therefore been eliminated. We will still, however, continue with the elimination for this round.

This week your challenge was to submit a photo of yourself that best represented our theme for Round 3: "The Virgin Suicides". Fashion editorials sometimes have very controversial themes, and we wanted to see how well you could translate a difficult theme such as suicide into a high-fashion photo.

The judges thought that in terms of the quality of the photos, this was one of our best weeks yet. The models put in a lot of effort into their photos, and rose to the challenge posed by the theme. The desperation in the models' expressions could definitely be felt, though not enough in some photos, and so we must continue with this week's elimination.

* * * *

In my hand I hold 6 pictures, and these pictures represent the 6 men who will be continuing on the journey towards becoming G4M's Next Top Model.

1 of you will be eliminated...

I will call only 6 names. The first name I will call is the winner of this round -- our Model of the Week.

You are G4M's Last Model Standing Cycle 1 Round 3's Model of the Week!

This was a gorgeous photo. The judges commend how well you were able to put aside your usual dolled-up image and come up with a hard, edgy photo. Great job.

Congratulations. You are still in the running towards becoming G4M's Last Model Standing.

* * * *

5 more names...

The judges loved your photo. You usually look so strong in your photos, and you were able to successfully show us your weak side. Not to mention that if this were a real fashion ad, you highlighted the clothes really well.

Congratulations. You are still in the running towards becoming G4M's Last Model Standing.

You portrayed the sadness of the theme really well, and the judges responded to the emotion in your eyes. Now you just need to learn how to manage your body angles better.

Congratulations. You are still in the running towards becoming G4M's Last Model Standing.

CeEJhAy_10

Another good photo. The judges thought you could have projected a bit more with your eyes though, and your body good have been a bit more elevated. Overall though, this photo was enough to get you into the next round.

Congratulations. You are still in the running towards becoming G4M's Last Model Standing.

You put a lot of effort into your photo. The judges liked your pose, but they think your eyes could have been more expressive. They all thought though that you deserved another chance to do this.

Congratulations. You are still in the running towards becoming G4M's Last Model Standing.

And that means...

Onyn iS heRe and Aked, you're both in the bottom 2.

Onyn iS heRe -- Some of the judges like the expression of your eyes, but most of them thought this was another over-polished performance. To add to their critique, you submitted another photo which didn't showcase how you can model through your body. You need to work your body too if you want to win this competition.

Aked -- The judges liked your concept, and your body angles were OK. It's just that your facial expression wasn't expressive enough. It was an OK photo, but in a week when almost everyone else's photo was great, you can't afford to be just OK.

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =

I have 2 men before me... 2 talented men who have so much potential. But I will only call 1 name. The model I do not call must immediately return to his house, pack his things, and leave the competition...

You're really lucky this week. A lot of the judges loved your photo. It's just unfortunate that just as many didn't love your photo.

Congratulations. You are still in the running towards becoming G4M's Last Model Standing.

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =

Onyn iS heRe, that means you've been eliminated.

We hope that you've learned from this experience, and we wish you luck in your future career. Thank you for joining G4M's Last Model Standing, Cycle 1.

Cycle 1 Round 3 -- Judges' Critiques

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =

Aked

1. Boytoy11: What’s lovely about your pic is that you’ve chosen something that is relatable. It’s a smart move because it strikes a familiar chord in the hearts of the judges. The body language, the “I-am-dead-but-still-fierce” attitude is there. And though I can sense a bit of discomfort in your facial expression, the sadness is there. You could’ve pumped it up a bit more though. Two things though that you could’ve improved on: (1) Ask someone to even out your make-up. In this case, the “pale lips” effect; (2) I’m seeing too much floral-motif here (floral pillowcase, floral bed sheets, floral picture frame) that it tends to distract my attention away from you.

2. carlosantino: i like this photograph.. it really portrays a sad delusion towards an end... the angle of your body due really possess you omitted suicide struggling in pain..i like the concept that you chose.

4. Evian_Yohann: I saw how the make up and your facial expression complimented each other. It’s impeccable. You delivered effectively this week. There is the story and / or tragedy. Out of all the entries, you are the most convincing.

5. Juls2: ORGANIZED CLUTTER All I am asking for is a little improvement from last week’s “action star” disaster but instead of improving you CRUSHED (borrowed from Simon Cowell) the competition. The scene is very theatrical and by looking at it I already have 101 stories to depict how and why you ended your life. Looking at your eyes I can see despair, sadness, and tragedy all rolled into one. BRAVO!!!

6. lenin: [no critique -- strike 1]

7. nonsense: your photo this week surely has shown how much you've progressed throughout this competition this was a very good shot, it is definitely editorial...I would like to see you in more high fashion shots

8. Rafe_143: [no critique -- strike 1]

9. rotogold: A very telling depiction of love gone sour, now turned out dead. However, the photo does not show the fierceness and improvement you have shown in the last round. I understand that with this kind of theme, no picture will come out raw as it is unrealistic to portray a dead model. One thing I like is the color tone of your body.

10. SayNO: [no critique -- strike 1]

11. toyan: u committed suicide in ur bed and the good thing with wat uve done.. is that u stepped up a lil bit more to the theme... i love the concept,,, ang the look in ur face .. it is really sad... the pic is good... BUT u should've darken the pics of whoever that guy is... the main focus of dis shot shud be u.. and not that guy... the guy cud be considered as an element of the shot ... but with ur shot ... it's like promoting the other guy.. but yeah ill give u a fair 6/10

12. yoh_asakura: The Laceration Prince! I like the drama! It is very clear that you committed suicide because of that guy in the photos! Very creative concept! The makeup really made you like a real corpse plus the facial expression and the body language produced an incredible job!

13. zavier.angel: Your camera zoomed out too far to capture any significant meaning from your face. How do I define "virginal" too when the model is holding the photo of his lover? Besides, "virginal suicides" make a last and final call to a friend, lover or confidante after slashing the wrist so that the act becomes a burden to that person's conscience not to the person who committed suicide. Yet your phone is, yes, beside you but with a detached receiver.

14. ZephyrInTheS: This photo was just OK. Your body angles were OK, but I didn't feel any emotions from your facial expression. Considering the sadness in the theme you chose, I didn't see any sadness in your eyes. You've had better weeks.

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =

CeEJhAy_10

1. Boytoy11: Nice concept, kinda lousy execution. The styling and setting is nice, but you could’ve added more drama to the “hara-kiri” concept. Ideally, the Japanese in spite of committing hara-kiri still maintains a semblance of dignity in death. But here it’s kinda “I-don’t-wanna-be-seen-dead-like-that”. Also, suicide denotes sadness. But sadly, that emotion seems to be lacking from your facial expression. Do better next time.

2. carlosantino: i really love how you deal with your fierce photograph.. this seems not usual but does exist in reality..your eyes was great showing dead emotions.

3. Ellis: Harakiri!

4. Evian_Yohann: I commend you for a single reason that you are unpredictable. Less saturation will make you look really dead. Nevertheless, you are creative and innovative, capable of doing inventive and out of the ordinary things. You’re gay indeed!

5. Juls2: PLASTIC SAMURAI You are my last week’s top model and I expected a lot from you. You committed a past mistake of using bad props (remember the D’Donuts) w/ your plastic Samurai and fake blood. Your angle is a bit stiff and how I wish you leaned against the wall, on a slightly standing position, as if you are going down slowly to the ground. I did not sense high fashion in this pictorial. But one thing I admire is for the first time you hid your best asset and that there is hunger to excel in your eyes. Be REAL!

6. lenin: [no critique -- strike 1]

7. nonsense: my my...this photo didn't seem like you're dead, this shot was more like you're dying...and it just doesn't look like a high fashion shot to me...and again..your eyes...really didn't deliver this week...but I love the personality you bring to your photos..you were going for the i'm a dead brokendown babydoll..your pose was right for the look you're going for, but the eyes weren't as strong as your pose was..

8. Rafe_143: [no critique -- strike 1]

9. rotogold: Interesting. You have gone against the pack. You could have muted the blackeyes or could have gone without it and still you would have looked believable. You took the risk of looking so UNnatural in this shoot that you made me thinking – am I looking at Ceejay?

10. SayNO: [no critique -- strike 1]

11. toyan: the japanese suicidal nice concept!! ur pic honestly is freakin me out... oh! I realized that u even used a tatami mat.. ur pic is great... but the sword that u used.. its too fake... it looked like a bit fancy... but great projection. ill give u 6/10

12. yoh_asakura: The Cherry Yakuza! Not to persuasive access for next round. It's good to see that you think of something else to show your suicidal act but some elements didn't play well for your photo. But the body direction as you died is just right.

13. zavier.angel: Good composition and body angles. You should have read at least one novel of Mishima which details the act of seppuku or suicide – it is never done indoors but at dawn after long hours of meditation. Your photo failed to convince me of "virginal suicide"; what I see instead is murder committed by someone else against the model.

14. ZephyrInTheS: Love the concept. Great facial expression. Not too sure about the body angle though. Maybe it was the angle of the camera, but the lower half of your body seems a bit too constricted, or too bunched up.

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =

claydoh

1. Boytoy11: This photo reminds me of Dionne’s pictorial in ANTM Cycle 8. Nice styling, engaging facial expression. And the body language…I told you that of all the contestants here, you have the greatest body language since you could twist in ways I can’t (I know, I’ve tried). The only thing that prevented me from giving you top marks is that there is too much clutter in your photo that doesn’t really contribute to the pic (the Ariel wrapper, for instance). You are a great model. Just let go of all your inhibitions, try to focus and don’t have too many things going on with your photo. The star of the photo should be you. I hate to see you wasting your potential. Good job, but you can do better.

2. carlosantino: have you omitted suicide here? or your just dumped out over..? i like your photograph but it doesn't look like virgin suicide.. you have been murdered here..how did you dealt death here claydoh?

4. Evian_Yohann: As Mr. Jay popularized, you are the “Ms. T-H-I-N-G!” of this competition. This photo is my favorite and undeniably deserving of my vote. Keep rocking, ya’h know w’at ‘am saying, Ms. thing?

5. Juls2: I AM CHUCKY WANNA PLAY? The first thing that comes to mind is that you look like CHUCKY in this picture. Again the concept is so nice that it devoured you into pieces then into ashes. As I have told you on the first round less is more. I know you also have “it” and I voted you as my last week’s second pick. Keep it simple!

7. nonsense: I love your pose..it does seem familiar to me but I love it...This is what I call "I maybe dead, but I make dead people look gorgeous" I love the overall look of this shot..but it's a little too polished...maybe next time I'd like to see your photos a little less polished...this shot is one of my favorites

8. Rafe_143: [no critique -- strike 1]

9. rotogold: Something is puzzling me. I like the way the photo was done. But there is something holding me back. i think this is a daring photo. Heavily edited, to which I must confess, I am very prejudiced against, but this photo is getting some ambivalence. The dose of drama is great, but the projection of how the death took place is suspect.

10. SayNO: [no critique -- strike 1]

11. toyan: nice one claydoh! just like the one that I see in marvel comics... marvelous shot claydoh!! i love it!! dis round is gonna be tyt... claydoh also got a 10/10

12. yoh_asakura: The Famine Doll! I like what you did here! I can see the improvement in you! I like the position of your remains here, very natural! And the outfit you wore was cool! You truly appeared you made yourself suffered to death!

13. zavier.angel: Sorry I can't figure out what the person which the model personifies in this photo died of. Also, one may die glamorously from jumping off the 13th floor of a building but his jeans would definitely not be folded neatly upon landing. In terms of image treatment, I don't think candy colors work on a supposedly virginal suicide pic.

14. ZephyrInTheS: I can't get enough of this photo. You usually look so dolled up and pretty, but in this photo you look totally dirty and un-elegant, but in great way. I love all your angles. Congrats on breaking away from your usual mold.

1. Boytoy11: The first question that popped into my head was: why did you have eyeliner on? I know it was supposed to add drama, but it doesn’t make sense for a guy to wear eyeliner. Especially one that is neither a goth nor an emo (the clothes are a dead-on clue), and is about to commit suicide. Eyeliner aside, I don’t think there is enough drama or sadness in this picture. You were doing so well. Don’t disappoint us now.

2. carlosantino: its not effective for me.. the scar made by you really intended just for photograph and not for a real thing.,the blood is really lacking as well..

4. Evian_Yohann: “Moyenne,” in English, mediocre! You are now becoming unsurprising. The blood is scripted and I can’t see the laceration, only blood. I guess you are holding back.

5. Juls2: ALAK PA You look wasted from alcohol in this picture. It is really hard to find a good balance between being believable and making it a high fashion shot. What you lack is experimentation because most of your previous shots are just on a safe mode. Try to be more flamboyant and exaggerated. I still believe that you have the “it” factor but you better find it within you. Get out of the CLOSET!

6. lenin: [no critique -- strike 1]

7. nonsense: this shot is mediocre, the pose wasn't disgustingly fabulous for me, but you gave it your best, frankly, I've seen this shot already but you made it your own which makes it good..

8. Rafe_143: [no critique -- strike 1]

9. rotogold: Cool. Brilliant. I can forgive the photoediting. Now you are telling a story. You are baring yourself. Even in death. Somber, not so morbid and very muted. Effective. Projection now has greatly improved. And you are still sexy despite and inspite of.

10. SayNO: [no critique -- strike 1]

11. toyan: CONGRATS!! ur my top 1 for this round..filipino suicidal!! nice concept.. nice projection.. nice everything... ill give u a 10/10

12. yoh_asakura: The Slash Marquess! Too safe entry, you didn't put much effort with this photo. You didn't look dead in your pose, its more likely you're drunk. Is this how an emo dressed as a yuppie dies?

13. zavier.angel: Your photoshop artist highlighted aspects of the photo already present – tears running down the model's cheeks, blood dripping from the limb, eyes wanting to live and die at the same time. Very strong impact. One of your best.

14. ZephyrInTheS: I love the expression in your eyes. I really feel the sadness. I'm not feeling your body angle that much. I would have liked it if your right leg was a little more bent. Still, it's a good photo.

1. Boytoy11: This is the photo that killed Baby Tyra in ANTM8. And sadly, that picture’s weakness is the same one that I see here. Dead in the eyes, and not in a good way. Yes you are supposed to be dead, but there has to be something there (sadness, frustration, last-minute regrets) that would make us all think of a thousand stories why you committed suicide. You have all the other things right: execution, body language, styling and even the post-finishing of the photo is superb. But without that oh-so-essential emotion, it’s just a good picture and you’re just a good model. Show me great next time. Please.

2. carlosantino: your eyes are still alive..where did the blood came from? you didn't have any blood in your head.. and where does the blood from the back came from as well? if you will look at your photograph, the blood from your head doesn't connect the blood from your back.. if you will omit this kind of suicide.. i don't think there will be shed of blood from behind. and your hands.. your hands are clean whereas the place where you putted it is in so much blood.. so fake.

4. Evian_Yohann: You looked uncomfortable and your face = awkward. Plus, your photo is predictable. Be conscious of these aspects.

5. Juls2: RECYCLE / KINUYOG VERSION This picture reminds me of your business/formal attire entry but on your way home you came across a group of men drinking liquor and decided to make “kuyog” you. = ) I do not like the computer altered/created blood, angle of the shot, and the location used. This is remotely opposite from your previous performances. Do not be complacent because one day you’re in and the next day you may be out. Reinvent yourself!

6. lenin: [no critique -- strike 1]

7. nonsense: you seem to surprise us every now and then, how may frames did it take you to pull off a shot like this? This is what I call "I am dead but I look damn fabulous shot"...Your eyes if you could just pull back a little...this shot is again...a stunner

8. Rafe_143: [no critique -- strike 1]

9. rotogold: The photo will speak for itself. Outstanding! The violent cause of death is shouting out loud with your photo. Fierce!

10. SayNO: [no critique -- strike 1]

11. toyan: another great shot from u... bravo!!! the concept of jumping off a building... very realistic... and nice positioning!! the backgroun looks like the one in parasite eve.. good job!! i will also give u a 10/10

12. yoh_asakura: The Fallen Yuppie. You should be aware of your facial expression because it might look overworked. But still you have a nice pose and clothes; the only element that I don't like is the evidently photoshoping experience.

13. zavier.angel: Those twisted limbs looking so natural from a fall off an elevated space; those eyes penetrating with a question: "Why did you not save me?"; the blood that's beginning to dry on the pavement – these elements made your picture perfect for virginal suicide.

14. ZephyrInTheS: Gorgeous. I want those pants hehe. I love your body angle, and the expression in your face is apt. I'm not sure if I'm loving the negative expression though. Maybe I'm just not used to seeing you so weak. But you rocked this photoshoot.

1. Boytoy11: You’re so dead this week. There was not enough drama here to make us sympathize or empathize with you. It was a good concept, Renee from ANTM8 rocked it. But here, I just don’t see a model. What I get from you when I look into your face is “Tapos na ba tayong magkuha? I am boring myself to death na”.

2. carlosantino: not strong enough.. this is really a 10 second photograph compared to other who really gave a nice photos.. sorry for this one.. i don't like it..

4. Evian_Yohann: frankly, I’m not convinced. You passed a safe photo, you didn’t look dead, and the makeup is unbearable. Dig more!

5. Juls2: KINIS KIWI - POLISHED Last week you appeared very polished and you committed the same mistake this week. The camera loves you but again there is no emotion in this picture. You look like you are just staring and is amazed by the syringes. Emote on!

6. lenin: [no critique -- strike 1]

7. nonsense: and then we have onyn, the finalist that I have so much faith in, you rocked this photo...Your photos are so good I would love to be dead by looking at it...this concept is also familiar to me but I love it...I love it..I love it...did I say that I love it?...Look at those eyes...they scream F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S!!! It's high fashion, it's edgy and it's fierce!!

8. Rafe_143: [no critique -- strike 1]

9. rotogold: You are very serene? You like the way you died. The subtle depiction of fashion is misleading yet effective. Only that you looked so clean despite the trauma. Safe at the moment, but with strong competitive entries, you are in danger here.

10. SayNO: [no critique -- strike 1]

11. toyan: u know what? ur shot is more like a drug addiction... not a virgin suicide.... frankly.. i dont like ur shot.. so ill give u 5/5

12. yoh_asakura: The Mind-numbing Junkie!!! Too boring… you haven't grown from the previous rounds. I want to see is a body shot not just the face. Are you lying on a table or on the floor? The modeling factors are still lacking in you. You are now in great tribulation.

13. zavier.angel: Nice but not original.

14. ZephyrInTheS: Though the photo is a bit too safe, I totally love the expression in your eyes. It's totally lifeless, and it's like despite of everything you went through, you're OK now that you're dead. I wish this was a whole body shot though.

1. Boytoy11: I don’t get suicide from you your picture. This is scary in a horror kinda way. Perhaps it would’ve helped more if you angled the lighting in another way. Mediocre body language, and as far as facial expression goes…nil.

2. carlosantino: your fingers are stiffed. you just look over-stressed here and being in that disposition you put your legs in the sofa to rest,,in short not effective.. not real.. maybe its better if your mouth is gnarling with something due to overdose.

4. Evian_Yohann: err…did you really die out of suicide? Since you got a terrible body positioning which is a reminiscent of Diana’s photo in ANTM8 wherein she was electrocuted in a bath tub. Having said this remark, I believe you died due to a horrifying heart stroke.

5. Juls2: GULAT KA NOH?! TIDE. You amaze me every week because I am having trouble recognizing you. You are such a chameleon in every shot. I love that you experimented with your pose and your angles. I am just looking for a replacement of the DRAMA of blood like bubbling/ gushing saliva and the likes. I immediately looked at your eyes and it seems like I am watching a horror flick but at least there is an effort to improve. You are growing on a steady phase. Accelerate your game!

6. lenin: [no critique -- strike 1]

7. nonsense: hmmmm...what can I say?I really can'y explain how I feel about this photo..it's nice...it's not as strong as the other photos are but still you brought it.so that's still good..

8. Rafe_143: [no critique -- strike 1]

9. rotogold: Evidently, you have vastly improved. Your concept is masculine and I just love it. The focus on your face is one that cannot be denied. I will have a hard time deciding this time!

10. SayNO: [no critique -- strike 1]

11. toyan: for me dis is one of ur bestshot.. no blood included but u exercised the theme very well... i love that look in ur face... and positioning... i am wondering how'd ur left leg got into the couch... but it's ok still a great shot... its a 9/10

12. yoh_asakura: The Dancing Capsule!!! It seems that you died from electrocution! Your face and especially your eyes tell me the excitement of death! Although you have nice clothes on but the manner you died didn't match with your concept. But this is one better from your previous submissions. You should try imitating Cleopatra dying with a snake's bite and posing to your beautifully unforgettable fatality!

13. zavier.angel: The light on your face is too strong it dissolved some sharp expression which could have cut across the scary resolve to die. Also, you should have done research on young people who commit suicide using sleeping pills or capsules – all of them want to die young, die serenely, and die beautifully. Your body's angles are incongruent to those reasons for dying that way.

14. ZephyrInTheS: Good body angle. I like the effort you put into the photo. I'm just not sure if it's enough though, given how great some of the other photos are. Since you looked directly into the camera, you needed to have a strong expression. You didn't though, which is unfortunate.
